Khanh Ly Nguyen

Khánh Ly Nguyen learned about Botanical Art while studying watercolour painting skills at university. She is drawn to botany and collects plants through her painting and drawing. Ly believes the natural world and its biodiversity has a strong connection with humans, their systems and cultures. In 2022, she received the Silver Medal in Plantae Documentary, Taiwan, and in 2023, she won the 28-25 age group category in the Young Botanical Artist Competition, initiated by the Shirley Sherwood Collection. Her work is in private collections in Vietnam, Taiwan and the UK.
