Seiko Kijima is a member of the Japanese Association of Botanical Illustration Group, and an administrator of ‘Green Grass’, teaching illustration to children. Her works have been exhibited in various museums in Japan and overseas: In 2001 at New York Botanical Garden and the Hunt Institute. In 2009 at Contemporary Japanese Botanical Art Exhibition in Edinburgh. In 2016 at Flora Japonica exhibition in the Shirley Sherwood Gallery at Kew. In 2017 at National Museum of Nature and Science. In 2018 at The Kochi Prefectural Makino Botanical Garden.
