Charlotte Knox has worked as a freelance illustrator and painter since 1975. With a global reputation for detailed rendering of natural objects and an emphasis on strong colours and striking, simple design, she specialises in fruit, vegetables, and seafood. Her commissions have included Fruit: A Connoisseur’s Guide and Cookbook (First Prize, W.H. Smith Illustration Award 1991), Royal Mail Stamps featuring autumn fruits and nuts, and numerous packaging and magazine projects for British, American, Japanese, and European clients.
