Katherine Manisco graduated from the Slade School of Fine Art London University, and also studied Art in Florence. She soon began painting watercolour, and has pieces featured in the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Hunt Institute and the Shirley Sherwood collection.

Sea Grapes, or Coccoloba uvifera, can be found adorning the coastal beaches of South America. It has distinctive red veins on its leaves and produces sweet-sour green grapes which can be used to make everything from jam to wine.
